杨坤，女，工学博士，研究员级高级工程师。毕业于大连理工大学工程力学系。现任中国航发商用航空发动机有限责任公司科技委办公室主任。主要从事民用航空发动机适航技术研究。作为国家航空发动机及燃气轮机重大专项基础研究专家，参与论证适航领域研究方向。作为牵头人负责国家两机专项基础研究、工信部民机预研、大客发动机关键技术攻关、上海市科委等多个大型项目的研究。在外物吸入、结防冰、防火、滑油、安全性等多个方向具备多年的研究和实践经验。目前已申请5项专利，3份软件著作权，10篇论文。参与翻译2本著作。两本著作待发表。目前担任中国航空学会适航分会委员、上海市航空学会第六届航空安全与适航专业委员会副主任、上海市航空学会第六届航空动力学专业委员会秘书等职务。
